Policies and Fees

Initial setup fee is $500 per matter.  This fee is nonrefundable and covers scheduling, drafting of initial retainer agreement and related documents, and file management.

Hourly rate is $650 per hour.  Parties will be charged for preparation time, actual judging and mediation, as well as document preparation and follow up conferences and correspondence. Retainer must be deposited prior to hearing/mediations.  The amount of retainer is dependent on nature, complexity, and scope of matter and will be discussed with parties prior to retention.

Retainers must be replenished as matter progresses (i.e. evergreen). Unused portions of retainers will be returned although time set aside for hearings and mediations is nonrefundable unless cancelled at least 14 days prior.
